Al Yonke a native and life long resident of Kansas City, Missouri, graduated from the University of Missouri- Kansas City School of Law in 1950.

In his 50 years of practice, Al has dedicated himself to representing individuals seriously injured and families who have lost loved ones as a result of negligent acts of corporations. Al has also spent a considerable amount of his career representing the working people, with his representation of union members in Missouri, Kansas and Texas. After graduating from law school Al formed his own firm so that he could solely represent injured and hard working people. He recently stepped down as founding and managing director of his previous firm so he could practice with Mike and Jason and refocus his time from managing to active representation of those wrongly injured and killed.

Al is admitted to and has practiced before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth Circuits, the United States District Courts for the Western District of Missouri, District of Kansas and the Western District of Texas. Al's practice has not been limited to the State of Missouri. In addition to successfully trying cases over the entire State of Missouri, he has handled cases in the States of Kansas, Ohio, and Texas.

Al has extensive litigation experience in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, trucking accidents, construction site accidents, workers' compensation and ERISA law. He has dedicated his career to leveling the playing field of those injured and killed in accidents.
